Yousif approaches real estate with the same mindset he brings to every venture — strategic, analytical, and naturally driven. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Digital Business Management and currently pursuing his MBA at Hult International Business School in Boston, Yousif blends academic rigour with practical, boots-on-the-ground real estate experience.

His career began in residential redevelopment across the GTA, where he successfully identified investment opportunities and led teams of contractors to complete over ten renovation projects in just three years. That hands-on experience evolved into founding Skyline Property Management Ltd., where he managed residential portfolios on behalf of investors. After selling the company, Yousif joined a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and tenant strategies.

Today, Yousif brings that full-spectrum industry experience to his work as a REALTOR®, helping clients make confident, informed decisions. He understands that real estate is both an emotional milestone and a financial investment — and he’s skilled at guiding clients through both. Adaptable, resilient, and equipped with sharp financial acumen, he’s known for staying calm under pressure and pivoting quickly in changing markets.
