There are 2 condo boards here! So twice the corruption, favoritism and red-tape! Mgmt companies are highly ineffective. Condo board members park overnight in prohibited areas and handicapped spots without any action from mgmt companies. Deliveries and visitors get lost due to inadequate signs that mgmt and boards refuse to improve.
