Management keeps the building well-maintained, though not overly friendly. Great concierge, quiet and secure. Expensive utilities, but overall, a great location with nice amenities and parks nearby.

Young community in the building, friendly staff and security, and views worth coming for. The river and walking trail are a bonus too. The building is a little noisey and amenities a bit pricy, bu toverall great living

Great staff and maintenance in the building over the last few months I've lived here. Fairly young community, safe building and neighbourhood, but the utilities and other prices are kinda high. I do love my view though
