Nice condos surrounded by lush green areas, peaceful and serene living environment with easy access to nature and amenities.

Loved living here. But the building is getting old and not being refurbished. Tired old, dated lobby and maintenance fee is abt 15 to 20% higher and keeps going up. No incentive for the Condo Board to change management company; but all management companies take advantage of a disinterested, inexperienced board members

Moved here after selling our house, it’s been a great transition. We didn’t want to sacrifice space and thankfully these units are huge compared to today’s condos. There’s a genuine sense of community here - people say hi in the hallways and management actually listens. It’s not flashy or new, but it feels like home and we’re glad we chose it.

I've lived here for over a decade. Still one of the most spacious buildings around. Solid construction and a great location.

The building is gorgeous - offers a gym, indoor pool, billiard room, library, and TV room, with all amenities free except the party room.

Been here over 20 years. Management is A+ throughout, not going anywhere
