    I can't imagine moving. The grounds are always pristine, from lush grass to stunning flowers. Quiet, with great amenities, including a gym and screening room. The parking design is excellent, and the concierge is top-notch

    Well-maintained building with friendly professional staff. Conveniently located near the GO station and shopping plaza, daily errands and commuting are easy.

    I've rented here for abouts a year and it's been mostly positive. The amenities are solid (especially gym and the party room) and the concierge staff are genuinely helpful. Some parts of the common areas are showing light wear, but overall maintenance is good!

    We downsized here from a house and it's been a smooth transition. The suite finishes are higher-end compared to many newer builds! Being close to parks, trails and grocery stores is an underrated bonus.
