The result is a condo with large, manicured grounds, spacious suites, and a prime location in the Rathwood & Rockwood Village neighbourhood.

    1155 Bough Beeches Blvd is a high demand building, and for a good reason. While buyers and renters could find it hard to land a unit here, there’s a chance that they’ll encounter something similar next door at Orchard Place Condos; its sibling tower.

    Residents enjoy fabulous amenities at home; an indoor pool and whirlpool, a recreation room, a fitness centre, and more. Condo fees are on the higher end; however, these fees also cover hydro, heat, and water. For families, first-time home buyers, and downsizers, there are few Mississauga condos that can tout such value.

    The Suites

    Orchard Place II Condos is home to 119 bright and spacious suites. Wide bay windows attract an abundance of daytime light; corner suites have panoramic windows, and some have views of the lake or of downtown Toronto. Because of the building’s shape, many units have one-of kind floor plans with uniquely shaped rooms.

    Most homes in this building have apartment-like layouts, with separate kitchens and living rooms. Kitchen cabinets provide ample storage and there’s plenty of prep space too. Units could have dated appliances and finishes, depending on prior ownership; however, any investor would be fortunate to find a unit requiring upgrades.

    Prospective buyers can expect hardwood flooring throughout and ample storage space. Families will love the generous bedrooms and deep closets, which provide more storage than what’s found in most Toronto condos for sale.

    The Neighbourhood

    Rathwood and Rockwood Village is a quiet neighbourhood with roots going back to its days as a farming village. Today, this community is home to expansive green spaces, quiet suburban streets, and a collection of businesses located on Dixie Rd and Rathburn Rd E.

    Residents of 1155 Bough Beeches Blvd can walk to Rockwood Mall(strip mall) in minutes for SunRise Caribbean Restaurant, Wild Wing, and Fat Bastard Burrito Co. There’s Coffee Time for morning espresso and Tim Hortons just blocks to the west. Parents can actually walk to Chuck E. Cheese with their children or make their way to Burnhamthorpe Community Centre for athletic facilities and community programs.

    This is an incredibly convenient neighbourhood for shopping: there’s an assortment of specialized retail shops and big box stores to the south on Dixie Rd and Dundas St E. For more diverse options, CF Sherway Gardens is east on The Queensway for high-end fashion brands and tech stores.

    Condo life at 1155 Bough Beeches Blvd offers many conveniences, and with a Food Basics within a 2 minute walk from the building, even grocery runs can be accomplished on foot: Most daily errands don’t require a vehicle or public transit.

    There are bus stops close-by on Bough Beeches Blvd and Burnhamthorpe Rd E — routes connect to Dixie GO for GO trains and buses. Residents who commute to the downtown core by car can go south on Burnhamthorpe for the Gardiner Expressway.
