Tridel constructed the Emerald Gate Condos back in 1994, and while updates and upgrades have certainly been made to some of its homes over the years, it&rsquo;s easy to spot some telltale signs of the building&rsquo;s age. Outside the front door of 135 Hillcrest Avenue, for example, the name Name Emerald Gate is scrawled across a canopy in a font that just screams 90s.The red brick tower at 135 Hillcrest reaches to 22 storeys and contains a grand total of 340 homes. Residents can also forgo purchasing a gym membership, as the building contains a gym, tennis court, squash court, and sauna. As for those who would rather entertain guests than work up a sweat, there&rsquo;s a party room in the building as well.

Getting around Mississauga is easy with an address like 135 Hillcrest. Residents who prefer to drive can use the QEW or the 403 to move about the city, both of which are accessible via Hurontario Street. As for those without cars, the 28 Confederation bus comes in handy, as it lands residents at the City Centre Transit Terminal in less than 20 minutes. The Emerald Gate Condos also happens to sit right next door to the Cooksville GO Station, making lengthier journeys even less of a burden for residents.
