Even without being made entirely of glass, the Windows on the Green Condos manages to appear extremely contemporary. The building, with its sleek stone and stucco fa&ccedil;ade, was constructed in 2015 by Vandyk. And while there are 150 homes throughout the 3170 Erin Mills Parkway, the low-rise edifice rises to just 4 storeys tall.As 3170 Erin Mills is rather small, the list of amenities chosen by Vandyk had to be carefully selected. There may not be a rock climbing wall or a bowling alley in the building, but residents do have access to a gym, party room, and media room, a rooftop terrace, courtyard, and barbecues, as well as visitor parking.

The 13 Glen Erin MiWay bus also stops right outside the building, making life that much easier for residents without cars.
