It’s definitely an older building, but that comes with perks! The units are huge compared to anything new. My balcony overlooks a ton of greenery, which makes it feel more like a suburban home than a condo. It's tucked away just enough to feel quiet, but still close to Square One and transit. Not flashy, but comfortable.
