The condo is beautiful with great amenities, and security is helpful. However, elevators need updates, and management could be more attentive.

Nice building in a convenient location with easy access to SQ1. Great views from higher floors and excellent community area and library.

Living here was fine until the elevators started breaking down regularly. Also visitor parking is really limited. The view was nice, but that only gets you so far..

Elevators often break, stairs are awkward, and the spa remains unfixed. Communication is decent and the building is fairly great all in all.
