    The Capital II Condos contains a grand total of 370 homes, as well as plenty of common spaces to go around. To start, there’s a concierge who makes sure everything is running smoothly at all times; then there’s a party room, visitor parking, and guest suites for those who like to entertain, and a gym, indoor pool, and sauna to boost wellness amongst residents.

    The Suites

    Suites at 4080 Living Arts range from approximately 550 to 1,100 square feet and contain one bedroom, one bedroom plus a den, two bedrooms, or two bedrooms plus a den. And those in need of three bedrooms can always see what’s available next door at the Capital Condos.

    Every home at 4080 Living Arts Drive feels bright and warm thanks to ample windows, but corner units are particularly impressive in this regard. Units vary in terms of features and finishes, with some having been upgraded over the years, and some even contain unique features like fireplaces.

    The Neighbourhood

    Mississauga’s Downtown Core neighbourhood caters to all sorts of residents: those with kids can simply cross the street in order to reach the Mississauga YMCA and a public library, while culture buffs can spend their spare time at the Living Arts Centre or the Art Gallery of Mississauga.

    Transportation

Buses, for example, stop right outside the building on Living Arts Drive and Confederation Parkway, and the Cooksville GO Station is just a 15-minute bus ride away. Drivers, on the other hand, can use either Hurontario or Mavis to reach the 403, while the former also offers access to the QEW.
