I have mixed feelings... the building and area are good, the amenities are really good even if the pool closes kinda early, but the management and maintenance issues is really putting a damper on my living experience. Some cleanliness issues too, but I know these things can all be fixed by management.

Prime location with great amenities like a gym, pool and party room. It's near the mall, restaurants, shops and convenient public transit options.
