Been a positive experience. The units are spacious and the amenities, including the party room and parking garage, are well maintained. Highly recommend!

I've enjoyed the gym, sauna and games room at King Gardens. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of dining options nearby. A great place to call home!

Spacious unit and excellent amenities. The building is maintained well and the location is convenient for commuting and shopping.

Viewed a unit last week! Loved the layout, hated the carpet. Common areas feel a bit tired, but the bones are solid. Not a “wow” building, but you can tell it’s been lived in, not flipped over and over.

Moved in last summer after getting priced out of newer builds nearby. It’s been reliable so far. A few quirky things with the plumbing, but management handled it fast. Surprisingly roomy suite and great sun in the mornings. Nothing fancy, just a stable, decent building that doesn’t try too hard.
