    Modern townhomes with spacious layouts, great for families. Close to shops, parks and transit in Pickering. Rooftop deck is a plus!

    The layout makes good use of space - open concept main floor, decent storage, and the rooftop terrace is a bonus in the summer. Location works well if you’re driving, though there’s not much within walking distance yet. Feels like the area is still filling in. Build quality is fine overall, but you’ll notice a few corners cut here and there if you look closely. Nothing major, just typical of newer townhome builds.
