Amazing building with excellent amenities, rooftop patio and outdoor gym are highlights. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are well maintained, and the neighbors are great. Highly recommend for renting!

Proud owners! Great location with easy transit, pool and gym. The management team is dedicated and keeps things running smoothly. A fantastic community, though stricter policies would help.

The units are decent size and the location is improving every year, but I’ve had issues with vent and hallway noise. Amenities are clean, but not impressive - small pool, underwhelming gym. What keeps me here is the access to transit and the price point compared to some of the newer builds nearby. There’s definitely room for improvement in a few areas.
