The area is very luxurious, with beautifully designed condos and a prime location near the lake. It has an elegant and upscale vibe, with clean surroundings, high-end properties, and plenty of fancy cars. There are great bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the views here are definitely a highlight.

Nice building. No bells and whistles, just a solid place to live. I like that it’s close to Islington Station and you can get downtown quickly.

The building is in a great location near the subway, and the neighborhood is pleasant. However, there are quite a few signs and rules with noticeable spelling mistakes, which can be a bit distracting. The management and board take a very strict approach to enforcing rules, which might not suit everyone’s preferences.

A cute area with a lot to offer. The condo life is convenient and the neighbourhood feels safe. The location is great for getting around, with plenty of nearby amenities and good access to transit. But that train can be annoying due to the noise, especially when busy. If you're sensitive to sound it’s something to keep in mind. Otherwise a decent place to call home!

I’ve lived here for three years and haven’t had a single major issue. The windows let in tons of light which I love dearly. It’s quiet without feeling deserted, and the staff are helpful without hovering.
