The bright natural stone and charcoal brick exterior projects a sophisticated grandeur, regardless of its mid-rise stature. Complementing this well, the also building boasts stunning massive windows scattered throughout its façade.

    Moreover, along bustling Queen East, the structure features deep set balconies with gleaming glass balustrades. Any passersby looking down quiet Rainsford Road will notice the way the structure is tiered, with each level adorned with spacious terraces. Ultimately, this all culminates in a grand rooftop terrace that’s partitioned and allotted to those living in 1 Rainsford’s penthouse suites. Rather than metal or wooden fences, lush greenery serves as the dividers, which are known as “living green walls” according to Ziegler Architects.

From here, the downtown core can be reached in no time. Additionally, Lakeshore provides access onto an onramp for both the Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Parkway, both of which often take less than ten minutes to reach from the One Rainsford Condos.

    And for those who prefer to travel by public transit, the 92 Woodbine Bus and the 512 Queen Streetcar stop steps away from the building, at the intersection of Queen East and Woodbine. The 92 Bus takes riders north and south throughout the Beaches — a quick way to reach Woodbine Station on the Bloor Danforth line. The 512 Streetcar, on the other hand, runs east and west across the city and proves quite convenient when venturing into the city centre.
