30 Meadowglen Place is one of the few buildings where the hallways are vibrantly designed. In most condo buildings, the hallways are not that well illuminated but this building is quite lively. Managed by Tridel. High floors actually have an obstructed view of the CN Tower (if facing west) and panoramic view of Scarborough. In terms of cost per square footage, great value. Convenience of location makes this perfect for working professionals and an easy investment. Minutes from 401, short drive to Eglinton GO Station (with free parking at the station). A majority of residents are students as Centennial College is down the street as well as UTSC. One bus directly to Warden Station and Scarborough Town Centre is very close. A few downsides are the stock appliances are not stainless and the amenities can be better. Gym is shared with sister building (20 Meadowglen Place). Outdoor pool has been under construction for quite some time. Underground parking is shared amongst 4 buildings (10, 20, 30 and 40) but there are 2 ramps. 3 elevators in building.

This condo is in a great location, with convenient access to nearby amenities, including a drugstore. The view from both inside and outside the building is fantastic. There’s also a new extension underway, making it even more desirable.

The first truly luxurious building I’ve seen in Scarborough. The finishes are top-notch, the staff are professional, and the overall experience has been smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with amazing views, but rent is high. Parking is confusing with no clear visitor spots

Great building and location, but rent increases have been steep, especially for a two-bedroom unit. While the area is convenient, I’ve heard about safety concerns—one of my neighbor’s cars was broken into.
