This building is a gem! Excellent facilities and caring staff. My mom’s condo has been a wonderful home since it was built.

Great building with easy public transport access, friendly people and a clean, comfortable environment.

I’ve had a unit here as a rental property for over a decade. Turnover stays low, which says a lot. Most tenants stick around and vacancies don’t last long. The building isn’t the most modern, but the board manages repairs fairly well and fees are reasonable. From a landlord’s point of view, it’s a solid long-term hold - no frills, but consistent. The mix of owners and renters keeps the place balanced.

The apartment itself is great - huge living room, tons of closet space. I like how close it is to the ravine trails and there’s a little community feel here. Not a ton of young people, but it’s chill!
