Prospective buyers would be wise not to put too much value into that completion date, because the units within are quite modern.The tower at 100 Wingarden Crt has long appealed to families, in large part because of the lower price per square foot in the area and the accessibility of green spaces. The building offers limited amenities, that include; a tennis and squash court, a concierge, and underground parking.Recently, improvements have begun for all common areas in the residence, promising to further increase demand.

Living here has been fairly solid. It's a spacious condo close to everything I could need. Affordable spot in Scarborough, plus the neighbors are friendly. Not fancy, but it feels like home for now!
