Excellent condo with great parking, very important and sort of rare for the neighbourhood

I found the building to be too hectic. Constant Uber traffic outside and the lobby gets crowded. It’s sleek, but not particularly relaxing. Might work better for people who like being in the middle of the action.

Honestly love it here. I’ve lived in three other downtown condos, this one feels the most polished. The management is responsive and the amenities are top-tier. It does get busy at times, but you can't expect total calm in this area. For downtown living, it checks all the boxes.

Good location with solid amenities like a gym, pool and sauna. Ongoing construction and repairs are inconvenient, but the building might be truly perffect once everything is finally completed.
