    Worst building I’ve lived in—constant fire alarms, garbage smell, terrible tenants, and unresponsive management. I developed insomnia and moved out.

    Excellent place to live with a great location, though it comes at a high price. Worth it for convenience.

    The good: Friendly concierges and an incredible location. The bad: Terrible design for light sleepers, frequent elevator outages, water pressure issues, and inconsistent hot water. Strong garage odor reaches multiple floors, and the gym/pool remains closed. The dog room is gone, balconies are windy, and loud noises from pipes disrupt sleep, especially in cold weather. Food theft and slow management response add to the frustration.
