I've lived here for two years. Great location, and the staff is reliable. Occasionally there are elevator issues but they always provide advance notice via email.

Everything I wanted in a condo. Excellent midtown access, tons of cafes and shops nearby and the unit came with a balcony that *actually* fits furniture. Elevators have improved lately too, which is a relief!
