    Aqualina Condos at Bayside is the first Tridel building in the Bayside Masterplan community. Aqualina Condos has 362 units and stands at 14 storeys tall. Situated right next to the lake, the Bayside community feels secluded and peaceful but close to all the action, including resturants, bars, transit, grocery stores, etc. The condo corporation consists of two towers: 55 Merchant's Wharf and 15 Merchant's Wharf. You'll find the concierge desk and amenities at 15 Merchant's Wharf. The two buildings are linked from the 3rd to the 6th floor. Some pros about this building: - Award-winning building that won the 2014 BILD award for best high-rise in the GTA - The building is well-maintained and managed - Great amenities including a gorgeous infinity that overlooks the lake, a gym, steam room, BBQs, 24-hour concierge, theatre, and visitor parking - Maintenance fees are $0.85 PSFT, which is low compared to the neighbourhood average of $0.91 and the other two Tridel Condos at Bayside (Aqualuna hasn't been completed at the time of this writing) - Spacious units, despite sometimes having awkward layouts - Amazing views all around - In case you are moving with your furry friend, there is a dog park conveniently located across from the building Some factors to consider: - Unit layouts can sometimes be awkward, although spacious and still livable - Residents at 55 Merchant's Wharf have to either cross over to 15 Merchant's Wharf via the 3rd to 6th floor or walk to 15 Merchant's Wharf to access the gym - None of the utilities are included in the maintenance fees
