And with Thomas Dam managing the place, you know it’s in good hands—he genuinely cares and stays on top of everything. The units here are sleek and modern, with integrated appliances and stylish granite countertops. The corner one-bedroom units (03) are especially nice, filled with windows and natural light. And if you’re in a three-bedroom, you’ll get stunning views of both the city and the lake. Plus, you don’t even need to worry about setting up the internet—it’s superfast and included with every unit. The amenities are top-notch, too. There’s a well-equipped gym, a sauna, and even a running track that wraps around the outside of the amenities area. It’s a great place for anyone looking for a well-rounded living experience in one of the city’s unique neighborhoods.

Great building with well-designed units. Construction feels solid and the location is convenient. Eastern views could improve due to nearby older buildings, but overall an excellent place to live!

I love my suite and its beautiful view. The builder definitely delivered and customer service has been friendly and helpful. A bit of construction noise, but that’s expected with new builds.

Visited a friend who lives here and was very impressed. The lobby is welcoming and the rooftop patio offers stunning city views. The building's proximity to downtown makes it an ideal place to live for young professionals.
