This building has friendly concierge staff and decent upkeep, but issues include summer heat without AC, ongoing remodeling delays, pigeon mess on patios, frequent water shut-offs, and street noise.

Such a great place to live. It's super close to transit, restaurants parks, and the building feels secure and clean. The suites are modern with nice finishes, I’ve never had issues with noise. It’s perfect for young professionals!

The location is great - you really can’t beat being THAT close to Finch Station - but the building can get a bit busy and noisy at times. I like the amenities, but the gym could use some upgrades. Overall decent but not amazing.

My girlfriend lives here. It's a convenient building with plenty of nearby eats but the lack of a gym is disappointing.
