    Incredible location and views, but management is inefficient, rude, and dismissive of feedback. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for resident concerns is the main issue preventing this condo from truly excelling.

    I've been living here since September and have had no issues. While I’m sure there were initial challenges with the new building, everything is now fully operational. The amenities, including the pool and gym, work well, and all elevators are functional with occasional maintenance. I’m impressed by the quality finishes in the building, and the new pharmacy and dentist in the commercial unit are a great addition. The concierge staff are friendly and always accommodating. It’s been a great experience so far.

    This building has been a bit of a disappointment. Amenities are often broken or closed, and there’s limited outdoor space, with the barbecues requiring a deposit. The gym is tiny, and the pool is poorly maintained. Management is unresponsive, and the building's overall quality doesn’t justify the high rent. It's not worth the price; better options are available nearby.

    I've lived here since day one, and despite the initial growing pains, I absolutely love it. The location is unbeatable, and the view is breathtaking, rain or shine. It's incredibly convenient, with shops and restaurants in Humber Bay, Bloor West, and High Park just a short walk away.
