Owned for over a year and it's so far so good. Great maintenance staff and concierge. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Also good condo board.

Love living here! The location is fantastic, and the management does a great job. The building feels super secure, and it’s close to everything with easy access to the subway.

Awesome place to live right in the middle of downtown but still get peace and quiet in your condo. South-facing apartments even have a view of the CN Tower!

I’ve been a tenant here for almost a year. Things started off smoothly, though the monthly inspections and maintenance always felt excessive. But since the flooding incident on June 22nd, the experience has been unacceptable. My unit was one of 40 affected, and I’ve now been displaced for over a month and a half. From the start, there was no clarity from the building—I didn’t receive a timeline or scope of work until very recently, which I needed to secure insurance payments for temporary housing. Instead, tenants were left to rely on insurance with no guidance, while the building dragged its feet in providing even basic information. Now, the ETA I’ve been given is late September—more than three months of being forced out of my home. Meanwhile, only a handful of workers have been hired for 40 damaged units. If you’re truly “overwhelmed,” bring in more resources instead of expecting tenants like me—without family or a second home to fall back on—to keep moving between short-term rentals. Carrying belongings from place to place for this long is exhausting and unreasonable. What’s worse, units with less damage aren’t even being prioritized for earlier completion. My coverage will run out soon, and I still don’t know when I can return. When seeking updates, concierge staff often direct tenants to a locked management office with “ideal” hours of 9–3. There is something called work and a 9-5 that a lot of us do in order to pay rent and the timings don't align. At minimum, staff should know the actual hours management is available, instead of brushing tenants off. Add to that the lobbies being closed and staff treating tenants with hostility—it all feels like a power play where no one takes accountability. To top it off, more notices have been sent about additional water pipe issues. Honestly, what is going on? It’s time to invest in proper maintenance and quality fittings so tenants aren’t left displaced for months on end. This reflects a complete lack of urgency and accountability. A crisis like this demands faster action, not vague timelines and excuses. I strongly urge management to hire more workers and prioritize minimally damaged units. I can’t speak much for sellers here, but as a tenant, the experience has been horrendous. If you’re a new tenant—or even considering becoming one—look elsewhere. There are plenty of options in downtown Toronto, and this building is simply not it. If this is not posted, I will make sure to post it on more forums and make Reels/TikTok videos about this building and the terrible experience.
