I’m a new buyer here, and I love the area. The walking distance to everything is perfect, and everything I need is nearby. However, I wish the price per square foot was a bit lower.

Great location and modern design, but the building management needs improvement. Service can be slow, and some issues have taken longer to resolve than I’d like.

While the amenities are great, the management could improve communication. Sometimes maintenance issues take longer than expected, but overall, it’s a good place to live.

Felt like a hotel with the concierge and the sleek lobby. Impressed overall and will consider offers and availability soon.

I love living at here. The amenities are fantastic, especially the rooftop deck and gym. Great location, just steps from Sheppard-Yonge. A solid building!
