    There have been too many issues for my one year of living here. Mice, noise insulation is non-existant, same as the actual insulation, so the walls are cold. Waterford is close to the water treatment plant so yo can smell the sewage sometimes. Mechanical issues are a problem too, like heating, hot water, drainage. The location and views are great, but the building needs some maintenance updates.

    I visited a friend here and while the lobby is nice, the actual unit had weird temperature issues - super cold in one room, hot in another. Definitely looks good on the outside, but some of the infrastructure might be showing its age?

    Nice building, but guest parking is a headache and the concierge isn’t always helpful. The units are beautiful though, especially the ones facing south. Lots of light and really solid construction overall.
