The elevators are hilariously slow, but once you’re up in your unit, it’s genuinely peaceful. Big windows, solid insulation - no complaints once you’re inside.

Been living here 6 months—luxury vibes with great amenities. Minor elevator issues sometimes, but that’s typical for skyscrapers. Close to Whole Foods and transit, super convenient!

I bought in 2012 and the value's held steady. Location is unbeatable. Management could communicate more - updates come late or not at all. Still, the building’s run better than most.
