    Super clean and quiet and close to so many great amenities, like schools, groceries, bus stop, and I like the amenities - sauna, gym, party room - but its kind of pricy and there are only 2 elevators for all the residents

    I toured a unit here recently and ended up seriously considering it over newer builds. The size of the kitchen alone made me rethink my shortlist. It doesn’t have that overdesigned feel you get with some downtown condos. The lobby’s simple but clean and the vibe felt more stable than transient. Definitely keeping it on my radar.
