Recent management change wasn't the best move and the gym is kinda subpar, but they have a good pool. Rooftop patios nearby and the fire station can be pretty loud, and the elevators make noise, but most of the time it's not an issue and you can't hear the neighbors. A good investment for the rental market if you are an investor.
