This nails the downtown experience. I’m steps from the AGO, Path and transit. My unit gets amazing natural light and the finishes still feel fresh. It’s modern without being overdesigned. Super quiet for such a central location.

The unit itself is great, but the noise from the street can get intense at night - you’re in the Entertainment District afterall. I wish the soundproofing was a bit better. Still everything else is solid
