    Well-managed clean building with good security. Only downside is one annoying tenant on a certain floor that needs to move asap

    I’ve lived here for a year and really enjoy the wonderful view from the windows. The security guards are kind, and the living experience in Valley Park is very comfortable. The air here feels fresh—definitely one of the best in Scarborough. I’d highly recommend it!
