Loved it so much that we moved in! Amazing location, close to the boardwalk, million-dollar views.

Stunning grounds and spacious condos—wish I could afford to live here!

The lobby is so welcoming and the unit had a nice layout with ample natural light. The building felt secure throughout and the amenities appeared in great working order! Seems like a comfortable and convenient place to live.

The suite was bright with a functional layout. The area feels safe and is well connected by public transit options (bus and streetcar a walk away). Still considering options, but this building is a strong contender.

The unit is bright with a functional layout. The building is clean and the neighbours are friendly as ever. Proximity to the beach and parks is a huge plus for me, not going anywhere!
