Additionally, at the corner of King West and Simcoe Street, both the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir call Roy Thomson Hall home.Shoppers will enjoy living so close to the Fashion District. The many sophisticated boutiques and much hyped shops on Spadina, just west of the Tux Condos, await residents who feel like they want to treat themselves. Moreover, for residents with a taste for the outdoors, Mountain Equipment Co-op is right across the street from the building.Lastly, for gathering groceries, there are some fantastic options in the neighbourhood. My girlfriend lives here, its a nice building overall. Kind of newer building in the middle of the entertainment disctrict, helpful/nice staff, a little noise because of the entertainment district but its not a bad trade off for teh location.
