I’ve been an owner for a few years now and I love it! There were a lot of issues early on with poor management but the big issues have been figured out and the new team is awesome! Hip location with great restaurants and bars nearby. You get the best of the city without the annoyances of city living!

The buildings come a long way in the past few years. The location is fantastic, and the units are spacious and modern. The new management is a huge improvement and most of the previous issues are addressed. Great area, great place, will recommend!

Not my favorite building I’ve ever rented. The fire alarms go off way too often and the security is overboard, but the staff are nice. Hopefully theres a better system coming in soon! Noise from the other units comes through the thin wall and the elevators are broken too often, but it’s manageable because I really like the location.
