Those who live at Fortune at Fort York are fortunate, for lack of a better word. These <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/luxury-condos">luxury condos</a> at 65 Grand Magazine Street are impressive, to say the least, thanks to the expertise of developers at Onni Group and architects at Page + Steele/IBI Group.Constructed in 2018, 65 Grand Magazine contains 511 suites spread out over 32 storeys. In addition to the high-end homes situated throughout the building, residents also have access to a generous array of amenities. For example, not only is the hotel-like lobby staffed by a 24-hour concierge available, but it&rsquo;s also equipped with a &ldquo;wifi caf&eacute;,&rdquo; allowing residents and their guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy a coffee before heading out.Active types will love that the gym at 65 Grand Magazine boasts an outdoor fitness area that extends onto the roof, as well as a yoga studio, steam room, sauna, hot tubs and change rooms. Those who want to spend time outside in a more leisurely manner can head to the condo&rsquo;s outdoor bocce court and putting green, located on the 3rd floor.
