I've been living here since 2021, and I would definitely recommend it. The location is amazing being so close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Eaton Centre. Lots of people come here just for the shopping, like to the Ikea. Amenities like the gym and underground path are a definite plus, and the management team generally does their job well. Some of the security staff can be a bit unprofessional at times and the building is on Yonge Street, which means it’s often noisy, especially on weekends, and the elevators and fire alarms can be unreliable. Otherwise, I find the condo a great place to live and well-connected to downtown life.

I really like the building, especially the location! It’s close to everything— you can think of, like shops, restaurants, gyms, you name it. The management is decent, and the security staff are usually helpful even if they can be a little rude sometimes. Elevators can be slow, but overall, the place has a nice vibe and is very convenient for city living.

This building is the height of luxury and well worth the price. The shopping complex takes up the bottom 4 floors so if you like things close to home but with a great view and downtown perks I would recommend Aura!

Building is beautiful. I love the underground subway access and the Ikea right there. It is a huge condo with thouusands of residents, but if you like the downtown vibe that will probably be a good thing.

This building is beautiful and in one of the best locations in Toronto. Direct subway access, near Ikea and plenty of shopping options make it so convenient for everything you need!

Elevators broken all the time, noisy neighbours, and fire alarms go off a lot. but compared to some places I've lived its not the worst
