Beyond the sophisticated lobby designed by Studio Munge and its 24-hour concierge service, those living in the building can relax in the building&rsquo;s exclusive spa, work out in its state-of-the-art fitness facilities, take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, or host a gathering in the posh party room.
