Weird concierge issues and expenses that come out of nowhere. The area is good and the building is really nice and new, we shouldn't be having these kinds of management issues.

Concierge are always amazing and kind if you treat them with respect - been here for over 5 years and love the convenience of the location and the building has been great. Limited visitor parking spots & the pool does not get much sun but other than that I have loved it here and the area. 

The staff here are not professional, either in their interactions with residents or in theri management and maintenance. Every service that should be part of condo fees is extra. The parking is an issue, the amenities require deposits but aren't even avaialble or are always busy because they're aren't enough. They gotta start training their staff and security, and the cost of everything is just way too high for basically nothing. I wouldn't live here if I had a choice, and I wouldn't visit because theres never guest parking. There used to be good security people before, so it's not a 1 star review, but I really hope things get better.
