Ive been in this building many times and compared to others I really love it. If you’re lucky enough to snag a south-facing unit, the views are unbeatable. You overlook the dense treetops of the Annex with the Toronto skyline as your backdrop. It’s a view that gives you a connection to the city without feeling like you’re right in the thick of it. The building itself sits in a quiet, very safe neighborhood, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy the perks of downtown living without all the noise. Plus, the amenities here are second to none. The gym is fully equipped—none of that “barely a gym” situation you find in other condos. There’s a stunning rooftop pool, perfect for those summer days, and the party room is exceptional, great for hosting. Bianca gives you the best of both worlds—it's condo living, but in a neighborhood that feels more like home than a bustling downtown core.

What really sets Bianca apart is the architecture. The terraced layout, clean white façade and boutique feel make it stand out. My unit has a great flow and a huge balcony.

Bianca has been everything I hoped for - stylish, quiet, and tucked into a great stretch of The Annex. My unit feels spacious and well insulated plus the rooftop pool is a real highlight in the summer. It doesn’t feel like your typical downtown tower, bit more personality here.
