    Very nice, well-maintained condo with excellent transit options including TTC, GO, and the upcoming subway extension. Conveniently close to the town center for easy access to everything you need.

    Came by to see a friend’s unit - nice layout and the condo seems clean, but elevators were a bit slow and dated. Still, it didn’t feel run-down, just older.

    It’s not flashy, but the space and affordability make up for it. I wish there were more modern finishes but you get a lot more square footage than you would downtown for the same price.

    Wonderful place to live, close to amenities and TTC bus stop. Quiet, well-maintained building with great management. Clean thanks to the maintenance team. Security provides excellent service, and subway access is nearby.
