    The Victory Lofts is a low-rise building in the centre of the action in the King West neighbourhood. Built by BLVD Developments in 2012, this condo comprises 179 units spread over 12 storeys. Units in the building sell for an average of $1039 PSF. Since the building's entrance is off to the side and almost hidden, depending on the client, they either find it a pro or a con. Some of this building's pros: - Unbeatable location right off of King and Spadina - Low-rise building with more of a "boutique" atmosphere - Great south-facing views, but there will be construction on Spadina that may impact some of the views (though I doubt it would have a significant impact) - Reasonable maintenance fees at $0.82 PSF compared to the area's average of $0.86 PSF - Built-in appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit - Good amenities with a sizable gym for a relatively small building Some factors to consider: - South-facing units can be noisy, especially at night - I've heard about problems with unit-to-unit noise insulation - Interior bedrooms are pretty common in this building, so if you are looking for a more traditional bedroom, there may be other options you can consider outside of this building
