The sheer size of 5 Northtown Way is a triumph &mdash; pun intended. Built back in 2002, this 29-storey, 339-unit condo was dubbed the Triomphe Condos by its oh so confident developers at Tridel.Residents don&rsquo;t only opt for a home at 5 Northtown Way because of the increased potential for meeting new friends in the lobby, though. Those in search of an all-inclusive building are quickly won over by Triomphe&rsquo;s long list of amenities. Residents have access to an indoor pool, a tennis court, a gym, a sauna, a concierge, and underground parking.

Been amazing so far! Spacious unit, great amenities like a pool and gym, and the location is perfect: close to Yonge Street, transit, and parks. I highly recommend it.
