I love living here! I've been here for two months and the maintenance staff and supers are fantastic. Everyone is friendly, great place to call home.

I've been living here for a couple of years and the experience has been less than ideal. The elevators are frequently out of service which is frustrating in a high-rise building. Maintenance requests often go unanswered and there have been issues with water shut offs without prior notice. Security is also a concern, as there have been instances of theft in the building. The unit itself is completely standard in respect to what I pay for, but I can't 100% recommend it in good faith given all the nonsense on the outside.

I've owned a unit here for over a decade and while the building has its challenges, it's been a solid investment. The units are spacious and the location is convenient w easy access to public transit and shopping centers. There have been some management issues over the years, but recent efforts to upgrade the elevators and improve security are steps in the right direction and it's getting better every day.
