Not a bad condo overall, great location and friendly security. However, frequent elevator outages and occasional water and utility disruptions are annoying. Limited windows for fresh air can be uncomfortable, especially during hot weather when AC fails. Still, it's a decent place to live!

The concierge or reprasentative of the building won;t let you stand outside the building, even if you're waiting to visit a business in the building. We wanted to go to a restaurant in the building and they came out and made a scene, said they'd call the cops, and we could't get their name to report them. It might be just this one person, but it's such a weird policy! The area in question should be public space.
