Things I like: - Low maintenance fees ($0.65/sqft as of September 2024) - Shared amenities between two condo corporations can help keep maintenance fees down - Organized concierge staff - Upcoming Ontario Line Station nearby Things to consider: - Train tracks nearby can be noisy at times - East-facing units look at another building, while West-facing units look directly onto the sister building @ 49 East Liberty. - Some layouts in the building are hit-and-miss layouts
