    For an older building, it’s in great condition and well-maintained. The units are spacious, which adds a lot of value. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for space in a well-kept building.

    Nice building, surprised by how much it’s improved over the years. Wish I had bought when units were more affordable—definitely a great spot now. Feels like it’s really come up!

    It's an older building with large units and friendly neighbors. The elevators can be slow, but they work. The only downside is the lower ceiling height, but remember—newer isn't always better.
